Products and Availability
All products supplied by Siyazamo Store are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure accurate stock levels, certain items may occasionally be out of stock or subject to supplier delays.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes or delivery charges may be added to the final invoice.
Orders
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received or when a purchase order (PO) has been accepted by Siyazamo Store.
Payment Terms
Payment terms may include:
- Prepayment by means of Electronic Fast Transfer (EFT)
- Cash on delivery
- 7, 14, or 30-day accounts (for approved clients)
Late payments may result in additional administrative fees or suspension of services.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability and logistics. Siyazamo Store will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Siyazamo Store shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products supplied.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
