Refund and Returns Policy

At Siyazamo Store, we strive to supply high-quality safety equipment, mining supplies, and industrial products to our customers. If a product does not meet your expectations, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7–14 business days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided
  • The item has not been damaged, modified, or used

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety or hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Special or custom-ordered products
  • Used safety equipment
  • Damaged products due to misuse
  • Items sold as clearance or final sale
  • Products with broken safety seals

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers must notify Siyazamo Store within 6 months of delivery.

In such cases, the company will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair of the product (if applicable)
  • Refund or store credit

Photographic evidence may be required before approval.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your invoice number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, the product must be returned to the designated return address.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error from Siyazamo Store.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed if the item meets the return conditions.

Refunds will be issued via:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit (if agreed)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Incorrect sizes

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated under the standard return process.
